  • *Principal Responsibilities:**

  • - **HSBC Premier Relationship Manager:**
    - Maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios by developing new and existing relationships.
    - Achieve financial targets through effective client engagement and service delivery.
    - Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and recommend suitable products and services.

    - **Client Management:**
    - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
    - Utilize client relationship management tools to keep client information accurate and up to date.
    - Develop strategies to increase wallet share and manage a prospect pipeline effectively.

    - **Team Collaboration:**
    - Work as part of an integrated branch management team to meet standards and deliver operating models.
    - Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support client needs and achieve performance measures.

    - **Operational Excellence:**
    - Ensure compliance with HSBC's policies, including KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines.
    - Manage operational risk and adhere to sales quality requirements.
    - Attend mandatory training and report any unusual activities promptly.

    - Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • *Education Qualifications / Certifications And Requirements:**

    - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
    - Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
    - Sales Achievements: Demonstrated success & experience in Wealth products.
