Enterslice is looking for a dynamic professional to join our Financial Services – Regulatory & Transaction Advisory team.

In this role, you will lead NBFC fund-raising mandates, working closely with investors and financial institutions on equity and structured debt transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structuring equity and debt transactions (NCDs, structured debt, PE/VC investments)


• Evaluating NBFC financials – AUM, CRAR, NPAs, leverage, yield


• Managing investor outreach with AIFs, PE/VC funds, family offices & lenders


• Leading the full transaction lifecycle – mandate → due diligence → documentation → closure


• Supporting deal documentation (SHA, SSA, debenture agreements)

Preferred Background:


• Investment Banking / Debt Syndication


• NBFC Fund Raising (Equity or Debt)


• Structured Finance / PE Advisory

Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
