As an automotive technical specialist at the Network Assistance Center, your role involves coordinating and managing the operations of the technical support team. Your key responsibilities include:

- Utilizing your automotive technical knowledge to provide specialized guidance and support to the Mercedes-Benz network, using the latest digital tools available from the brand.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on various technical topics across the full range of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles to identify solutions and provide answers.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the automotive industry, continuously enhancing your skills through training and development initiatives.
- Supporting and resolving technical issues for Mercedes-Benz Workshops.
- Working in a global team to deliver diagnostic content on time and with defined quality standards.
- Effectively communicating and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Experience:
- Hands-on experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of automotive electronic vehicle systems.
- Experience in Aftersales diagnostics.
- Experience in dealing with different stakeholders and working under challenging environments.

Skills Required:
- Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Degree in Automotive Engineering or a Certification in Automotive Diagnostics.
- Experience as a workshop specialist or in automotive development is an added value.
- Knowledge of automotive technology, specifically Mercedes-Benz systems.
- Knowledge or experience in diagnostic methodologies.
- Independent working experience with electronically controlled vehicle systems.
- Good understanding of Gasoline, Diesel engine, and automatic transmission, including its subsystems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic testers and diagnostic tools.
- Customer-oriented thinking.
- Strong analytical skills for analyzing field issues related to vehicles and diagnostic tester content.
- Basic knowledge of CAN and UDS protocol is an added advantage.
- Ability to work well in a team.
