Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for web applications.

Integrate and manage test automation in the Jenkins CI/CD pipeline.

• *

Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

• *

Analyze test results, debug issues, and generate detailed defect reports.

• *

Contribute to test strategies, test plans, and documentation of testing processes.

• *

Continuously optimize and refactor automation frameworks to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

• *

Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented codebases.

• *

Stay current with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or similar automation tools.

• *

Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline automation.

• *

Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred.

• *

Familiarity with automation frameworks such as POM (Page Object Model).

• *

Working knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub.

• *

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3 to 6 years of relevant experience in automation testing.

Proven track record of managing test automation suites in agile environments.

Experience working in remote/distributed teams is a plus.

• Working Hours
• *

Monday to Friday

• *

Flexible working hours with required overlap between 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST to coordinate with the global team.

Occasional weekend availability may be required for release support.
