Position Profile

Weaver is looking to add talent to our Audit practice. The Audit Associate will support the audit team in delivering high-quality assurance services to clients, including those subject to PCAOB standards. This role involves assisting in audit engagements, preparing audit documentation, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and audit methodologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall success of the audit team.

Core Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related field); CPA eligibility preferred

2–3 years of public accounting experience, preferably with PCAOB clients

Strong understanding of US GAAP and basic audit concepts

Experience with audit documentation and workpapers (PCAOB standards a plus)
