We are seeking a highly skilled professional for Audio Video and Video Conferencing (AV/VC) infrastructure Support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in supporting AV/VC products such as MS Teams, PEXIP, Cisco WebEx and Zoom etc. This individual must have experience in leading a team for supporting the above solutions with a customer-centric approach and operate within the SLA.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead a team of L2/L3 Engineers to support AV/VC infrastructure.

·        Infrastructure supports connecting to various VC Platforms such as: Pexip, Teams Meetings, Teams Events, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Events, WebEx.

·        Perform Daily Health Check-up to ensure proper functionality of AV/VC setup.

·        Support, manage and monitor live events of Senior management, Board Meetings, Townhall etc in all locations.

·        Work on troubleshooting issues and provide fix/resolution.

·        Co-ordinate and collaborate with vendors on troubleshooting for escalated issues.

·        Stay updated on latest technologies, updates and provide recommendation for update/upgrades.

·        Provide End-user support on PC clients and meeting room equipment.

·        Establish /maintain user manual for installation and operation of various types of meetings.

·        Provide informal training and demonstration to end users to operate VC clients / equipment.

·        Asset management for AV/VC equipment at each location.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

·        Proven experience in AV/VC products such as Pexip, Teams Meetings, Teams Events, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Events, WebEx.

·        Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent verbal, written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·        Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

·        Flexibility with work timings to align with customer’s working hours and project delivery timelines.

·        Relevant certifications in AV/VC technologies will be an added advantage.
