We are seeking an experienced **Atlassian Expert / Architect** responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale **Atlassian platforms and solutions** to support Agile development, DevOps, ITSM, and collaboration initiatives.

# 2. Roles & Responsibilities

## Atlassian Platform Architecture

• Design and implement **enterprise Atlassian architecture** supporting Agile, DevOps, and ITSM environments.
• Define architecture for Atlassian tools including:
• Jira Software
• Jira Service Management
• Confluence
• Bitbucket
• Develop scalable and secure Atlassian platform frameworks.

## Atlassian Tool Implementation & Configuration

• Implement and configure Atlassian products across enterprise environments.
• Customize workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to meet business requirements.
• Configure advanced Jira capabilities such as:
• Automation rules
• Workflow schemes
• Permission schemes
• Notification schemes

## Agile & DevOps Enablement

• Support Agile teams with **Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks** within Jira.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with DevOps platforms including:
• CI/CD pipelines
• Code repositories

• Enable **end-to-end DevOps visibility and traceability** across development pipelines.
