Role Overview

We are seeking a high-impact, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media leader to spearhead brand presence, drive audience growth, and lead a cross-functional content team. This role blends tactical excellence with people leadership, campaign ownership, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end social media strategy, planning, execution, and performance for all brand channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team (content creators, designers, and community managers) to ensure seamless delivery and brand alignment.
  • Drive growth-led initiatives to increase engagement, reach, followers, and conversions.
  • Develop monthly content calendars, campaign briefs, and platform-specific playbooks.
  • Oversee content creation—ensuring clarity, creativity, virality potential, and storytelling excellence.
  • Manage community engagement, ORM, and crisis communication with speed and tact.
  • Analyze data, generate actionable insights, and publish weekly & monthly performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with production, talent, and brand partnerships to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, content trends, emerging formats, and social innovations.
  • Maintain process rigor, governance, and adherence to content compliance and posting timelines.

  • Proven experience in social media strategy and team leadership.
  • Strong communication with crisp articulation and structured storytelling.
  • Data fluency—comfortable with analytics, insights, and reporting.
  • Trend-driven mindset with creative campaign ideation ability.
  • People management, delegation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Expertise across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of scheduling, ORM, social tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Experience in entertainment, agency, or fast-paced digital brand environments.
  • Knowledge of paid media strategy and influencer ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with meme culture, audience psychology, and content-first branding.
