Role Overview:
As a member of the financial due diligence team, you will support or lead financial due diligence work for U.S. and global private equity, corporate, and lender clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis, working capital analysis, revenue/EBITDA analysis, carve-outs, integration assessments, and preparing high-quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute or lead financial due diligence analyses including QoE, working capital, cash flow, and revenue/EBITDA reviews.
- Review financial statements and management data to identify risks, trends, and value drivers.
- Prepare client-ready deliverables such as analytical schedules, data books, QoE bridges, and executive summaries.
- Support or lead carve-outs, synergy evaluation, and integration-related assessments.
- Manage multiple engagements and collaborate closely with U.S. deal teams.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement and India-team development.

Qualifications Required:
- Brings 2-8+ years of FDD/Transaction Advisory experience, depending on level.
- Strong analytical, modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create polished client-ready outputs.
- Comfortable working in a high-velocity, high-expectation environment with strong ownership.
