As an Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process for prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, provide them with information about our institution, programs, and services, and guide them through the admission process. You will utilize your strong communication and sales skills to effectively convert inquiries into enrolments. This position requires a results-oriented individual who is passionate about education and possesses excellent interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered.

Counselling through Data Calling, online chat server.

Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.

Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same

Handling queries over telephone

Converting leads to admissions.

Recording and maintaining and calling on given leads

Maintaining telephonic and walk-in record for the day

Skills Required
