Role Description

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and customer-focused Associate - Sales & Strategy to support business development, marketing coordination, and consulting operations. This role includes tele-calling, follow-ups, converting inquiries into meetings, on-ground visit support, and coordinating marketing tasks with internal teams and external agencies. You will work directly under the guidance of Consultants and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and help drive conversions.

Associate - Sales & Strategy is supposed to perform the following tasks:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments/meetings.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and ensure prospects attend booked meetings.
  • Explain company services clearly to prospects, resolve basic queries, and guide them on next steps.
  • Maintain daily calling and communication logs; update CRM / WhatsApp / Excel trackers regularly.
  • Follow structured calling scripts and objection-handling frameworks shared by the Consultant / Operations team.
  • Visit prospective clients physically (as required) to follow up, collect information, or support the Consultant during on-ground meetings.
  • Ensure every prospect receives timely communication, follow-ups, reminders, and confirmations (calls + WhatsApp + email).
  • Manage incoming customer calls, messages, and grievances; ensure queries are forwarded to the correct internal team for resolution.
  • Prepare customer-update summaries and provide daily reporting of calls made, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • Collect feedback after meetings and document insights for internal improvements.
  • Maintain a professional tone and ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing agencies/freelancers for creatives, social media posts, lead-gen campaigns, brochures, and brand materials.
  • Share business updates, content briefs, timelines, and feedback with the agency; ensure deliverables are received on time.

  • Skill Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication – Hindi / Gujarati / English.
  • Confidence in tele-calling + follow-up discipline.
  • Basic MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, and CRM tracking.
  • Customer empathy, patience, and relationship-building.
  • Ability to coordinate with marketing teams, vendors, or agencies.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field visits when required.

  • Graduate in any field (B.Com, BBA preferred.
