Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, interpret, and arrive at appropriate and accurate conclusions on dental claims aligned with policy and state/federal law and regulations.
  • Analyze claim details and apply knowledge of claims procedures, product development, contract provisions, and state and federal regulations to make appropriate, accurate, and timely claim decisions.
  • Understand plan provisions, determine eligibility, verify data input, identify accurate benefit levels, coordinate benefits, and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and pay strict attention to detail.
  • Work independently with good time management skills as well as in a team environment.
  • Efficiently navigate and use multiple technology solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced, production environment.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with completed internship; Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of non-clinical work experience is preferred (in TPA, insurance sector, financial services, etc.).
  • Proficient in conveying information clearly through writing and speaking.
  • Ability to use basic math skills to determine claim payment.
  • Skilled in MS Office.
  • Willingness to work night shifts during training (5:30pm to 2:30am) and regular shifts (1:30pm to 10:30pm).

  • Must Haves
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – internship fulfilled or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of non-clinical work experience is preferred (in TPA, insurance sector, financial services, etc.).
  • Ability to work in night shift during the training time (5:30pm to 2:30am) and in 1:30pm to 10:30pm as regular work timings.
  • Skilled in MS Office, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
