Associate Marketing Manager (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and energetic candidates (Male & Female) for the role of Associate Marketing Manager. The selected candidates will work together as a team to support marketing activities, generate leads, and expand business opportunities within the city and nearby districts.

The role involves field visits, client interaction, and market development, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy networking and business development.Will be given oppurtunity to manageral level role after 2-3 years of experience and will be going on probation period of 6 months after date of joining.Incentives will provided and will be mentioned in offer letter based on your role.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through market visits and networking.

Travel within the city for marketing activities and client meetings.

Travel to other districts approximately once per week to explore new business opportunities.

Assist in promoting company services and building relationships with potential clients.

Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on leads and inquiries.

Maintain records of client interactions and marketing activities.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve marketing targets.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Ability to travel for marketing and lead generation activities.

Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

Qualification

Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma.

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply.

Additional Advantage

Basic accounting knowledge will be an added advantage for female candidates.
