- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into detailed requirement documents.
- Utilize project management tools such as Workfront, JIRA, or YouTrack to oversee project workflows, task tracking, and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a team of email marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email deliverability and engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications Required:
- Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar email platforms.
- Proficiency in project management systems (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, YouTrack) for workflow management and task tracking.
