Role: Associate Growth Manager – Ecommerce

Responsibilities

  • Plan and Execute growth initiatives (organic, paid) on various marketplaces

  • Deliver sales targets for overall brand and individual hero products / categories.

  • Media & promo planning, front end operations, product assortment, supply chain, distribution, CRM, and brand marketing activities to enhance the digital presence of the brand and boost product /category performance.

  • Plan & Execute JBP (Joint Business Plan) with marketplace for driving profitable sales growth.

  • Build relationships with the marketplace partners at multiple levels

  • Understanding the Key Business Drivers for each account and formulating an activation calendar in line with that

  • Qualifications & Skills

  • BE or MBA in Sales & Marketing with 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, growth, or key account management

  • Worked as a Category Manager with an online retailer or has been a KAM for the E-Commerce channel with a leading brand or worked as KAM for Modern Trade

  • Strong analytical skills - You're comfortable pulling apart data to find the real problem, and making decisions with imperfect information

  • Strong negotiation skills bringing closure to deals with win-win setups

  • Strong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mind

  • Strong customer orientation & interest in consumer internet

  • Ability to be a strong team player in cross-functional projects

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Excited by early-stage startups - You see ambiguity as opportunity, not friction
