Role Overview

We are hiring 2026 batch freshers for the role of Associate Engineer. Candidates from IT and Non-IT backgrounds with a strong interest in technology are encouraged to apply. Selected candidates will receive training and work on live projects under mentor guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in development, testing, and deployment of applications
• Work closely with senior engineers on assigned modules
• Write clean and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in debugging and issue resolution
• Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and frameworks
• Maintain documentation and project updates

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of any programming language (Python / Java / JavaScript / PHP / C / C++)
• Fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL / SQL)
• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in IT

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with frameworks like React, Laravel, Django, Node.js
• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
• Understanding of APIs and backend concepts

Eligibility Criteria

• 2026 pass-out candidates only
• Any degree: B.E / B.Tech / BSc / BCA / B.Com / BBA / BA / Diploma, etc.
• IT & Non-IT candidates eligible
• Freshers or candidates with basic project exposure
