Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the MNYL GOLD process and adhere to business norms
- Follow the agent 9-pointer hiring mechanism and other hiring norms
- Ensure product knowledge through MNYL ways of training and field demonstrations (FOD's)
- Develop agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits
- Collaborate with agents to plan and review activities and goals, identifying and addressing training needs
- Act as an MNYL brand ambassador and a customer champion
- Nurture and develop talent within the team
- Focus on achieving business plan and GPA targets
- Recruit, develop, and activate agents as per the plan
- Maintain persistency as per MNYL grid standards
- Achieve GOLD Score as per MNYL standards
- Increase the number of EC/MDRT agents

Qualifications Required:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years for AADM role
