  • Role Overview:*
  • As an Associate Centre Manager you are responsible for driving in - center sales, customer experience, inventory management, customer troubleshooting and people management.

    Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Sales & Business Growth*
  • Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells.
    Drive walk-in/trial conversions through effective consultations.
    Manage the entire membership conversion process with clean, consistent, and accurate documentation via portal
  • 2. Centre Operations Management*
  • Ensure smooth daily operations using the desired checklist tool
    Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness.
    Conduct daily facility audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
    Manage inventory of essentials (first-aid, water etc) and ensure timely restocking.
    Address operational gaps related to attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility.
  • 3. Member Experience & Engagement*
  • Build strong rapport with members to create a welcoming, community-driven environment.
    Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth before/during/after-class experience.
    Capture and document feedback from members and trainers for continuous improvement.
    Uphold Cultfit service quality and be the primary representative of the centre.

    Qualifications:
  • Experience:* 2-5 years in sales/customer service (preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail).
  • Salary:* 3LPA (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives.
  • Timings:* *Either* 5.30AM to 2.30PM *OR* 1.30PM to 10PM
  • Locations Available:* Vijaynagar, Indore
