Job Description: Review & understand all claim related documents & proofs. Identify documents required to pursue subrogation & upload them onto Subrosource

Participate in training to develop knowledge in all systems
Integrate procedural changes into daily routine
Achieve individual productivity and quality goals
Support other team members in meeting service expectations
Aid in the training of others, as needed
Provide quality review to ensure accuracy
Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
Stay current with system and procedural changes to bill entry process.
Identi fy trends with bill entry errors and bring to management att enti on.
Understanding of transportati on operati ons, freight fl ow, terms.
Understanding of bill fl ow process (which can diff er between operati ng companies)
Understanding of ‘down stream’ effects of bill entry accuracy

Qualifications: Graduate in any stream from a Reputed University 6 - 12 months experience in P&C; Insurance - Property claims / Recoveries / Subrogation/ Claim adjudication
