Role Description

Digitalabs at Laqshya Media is looking for acurious, idea-hungry Associate Art Director who loves experimenting with visuals, AI tools, and fresh creative formats. If youre the kind of person who gets excited about trying thelatest AI image or video generation tools, constantly explores new creative techniques, and enjoys bringing bold ideas to life youll fit right in.

Youll work closely with a talented team of designers, strategists, and digital thinkersto createeye-catching visuals, social media creatives, performance campaigns and AI-assisted contentfor innovative campaigns.

What Youll Do

• Design engagingdigital creatives for social media, brand and performance campaigns
• Experiment withAI tools for image and video generationto create unique visual content
• Support the team inconceptualizing and executing creative ideas
• Stay curious aboutnew trends in AI, design, and digital storytelling
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring ideas to life
• Contribute fresh perspectives andcreative concepts during brainstorming sessions
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats
• Keep exploring new tools, techniques, and shortcuts that make creative work smarter and faster

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Art Director, based in Mumbai. The Associate Art Director's responsibilities include creating graphics and designs, collaborating with teams to produce high-quality visual and video content, and ensuring the brand identity is consistently represented across all creative material.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction
• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with expertise in design software and tools.
• Experience in Branding, with a demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across all creative material.
• Exceptional communication, team, and organizational skills.
• A keen eye for detail, innovation, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years experience in the advertising is a MUST.
