Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Fashion Designer, based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Fashion Designer will support the design team in creating innovative and detailed fashion apparel. Responsibilities include assisting in the design process, working on textiles and embroidery, participating in fittings, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring designs align with Atarasva’s sustainable vision. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration with team members to meet high industry standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills and experience in Fashion Design, including a creative and qualified portfolio
- Knowledge and expertise in Textiles and Embroidery
- Familiarity with Fitting processes and garment construction
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a hybrid work setting
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for sustainable fashion and attention to detail are highly valued
