Job Title: Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager - FMCG

Designation: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager- Operations Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Warehouse Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring warehouse activities.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure efficient space utilization, proper inventory management, and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in managing inbound and outbound shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Help maintain warehouse equipment and infrastructure, coordinating repairs and regular maintenance.
• Support training and development programs for warehouse personnel.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirement:

• Must have experience of Pharma / FMCG Warehouse Operations management.
• 4+ years in warehouse/logistics FMCG

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
