In this role, you’ll show your mettle as you find ways to uphold excellence and high standards in our Transport process. Working closely with the Account Lead & Client to align with Transport Operations for the Visa Account and execute Transport strategies for initiatives for Facilities Management Services. Manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities. Ensure all Jones Lang LaSalle contracting standards are maintained. Shaping a system of best practices Your Transport process will be your toolkit for success and align to the following process. As a Assistant manager - Transport at JLL, you will play a crucial role in driving Transport strategy and performance for our global organization. You will lead complex Transport initiatives, provide strategic insights to senior leadership, and ensure it aligns with our Client’s long-term goals.   • Strong understanding of Transport markets, risk management, and corporate Transport principles • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex Transport data into actionable insights • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams • Proficiency in forecasting, and budgeting • Duties & Responsibilities: Business Analytics and Strategic Planning in Transport Operations Develop and maintain comprehensive transport MIS dashboards tracking key metrics including fleet utilization, cost per kilometer, fuel consumption, trip efficiency, and vendor performance Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transport operations for management . transport data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all transport-related activities. Create data visualization reports for senior leadership presentations Strategic Planning & Analysis: Conduct route optimization analysis to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Conduct cost-benefit analysis for fleet expansion, vehicle replacement, and route modifications. Perform cost-benefit analysis for make vs. buy decisions regarding transport services. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in transport operations. Benchmark transport operations against industry best practices and recommend enhancements. Develop business cases for transport optimization initiatives Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities with historical data analysis and trend projections Compliance & Documentation Ensure all transport documentation including vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and driver licenses are current and properly maintained in the system Generate compliance reports for regulatory audits and internal reviews Maintain audit trails for all transport transactions and data modifications Support internal and external audits with required documentation and reports Vendor & Stakeholder Management Evaluate vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. Provide feedback on the performance matrix once in every Quarter Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand transport requirements and service expectations Facilitate regular review meetings with transport vendors and service providers Support contract negotiations and vendor selection processes Ensure all transport operations comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards Maintain emergency response procedures and incident management protocols Financial Analysis Monitor the current operations spend trend and map it against the planned trend, check for optimization and efficiency. Forecast the projection and recommend the changes required to operate within the given budget Based on the head count projection from HR, forecast the users half yearly / annual and provide the cost associated with the transport usage. B ased on the current transport model and type of cabs used, analyze and forecast the best mix of type of vehicles and the model of operations. Sound like you?
