Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Safety & Security Operations: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain a protected environment.
- Personnel Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise security officers and guards.
- Surveillance & Access Control: Monitor CCTV systems, manage electronic key control, and control restricted areas to protect assets.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate and report on theft, accidents, or other incidents, and maintain detailed safety records.
- Emergency Response: Lead, plan, and coordinate emergency responses, including fire safety, medical emergencies, and evacuations.
- Liaison & Reporting: Maintain relationships with local police and security authorities, and keep senior management informed on daily security matters.
- Risk Management: Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to prevent, detect, and mitigate potential hazard

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
