Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support project expansion initiatives

Assist the Program Manager in planning and executing project activities

Support team building, coordination, and supervision of project staff

Manage and monitor project budgets and ensure effective budget execution

Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and records

Engage with community stakeholders, partners, and local institutions

Track project progress and ensure timely implementation of activities

Support overall project management and operational coordination
