Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the food manufacturing or related manufacturing industries. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business leads in the food manufacturing sector or related industries

Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize sales potential

Conduct product presentations and negotiate contract terms to close sales

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food manufacturing or manufacturing sectors

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proficient in client relationship management

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of sales processes and techniques

Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events

Fluency in English and regional languages preferred
