• Maintain **high-quality in-store visuals, graphics, and branding**
• Support **new store openings** with timely VM setup and execution
• Conduct **store visits, VM audits, and coach store teams** on VM guidelines
• Identify **in-store branding opportunities** to improve visibility and drive revenue
• Manage **VM budgets, vendors, and administrative processes**
• Develop **VM SOPs, guidelines, and store visit checklists** for consistent execution

Experience in **Retail / Beauty / Fashion Visual Merchandising** with a strong understanding of **store layouts, planograms, and retail design standards**.
