We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance to join our team at Asahi India Glass Ltd, located in the glass industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy of product delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control measures.
• Train and guide junior staff members on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, defect reports, and corrective actions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or chemistry.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the glass industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
