The Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and strengthen the organization’s communication across digital and offline platforms. The role involves managing social media, marketing campaigns, public relations activities, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, events, and offers.
• Support brand positioning and marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.

2. Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Monitor website updates and digital marketing performance.
• Coordinate with digital agencies for online campaigns, SEO, and paid ads.

3. Public Relations & Communications

• Assist in developing press releases and media communication.
• Coordinate with media partners and influencers for brand promotion.
• Maintain positive relationships with PR agencies and media contacts.

4. Content & Brand Management

• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Work with designers and photographers for content development.

5. Events & Promotions

• Support the planning and execution of promotional events, launches, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal departments for event marketing.

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
