Role Overview

The Manager - MIS & Analytics will be responsible for building and managing a robust data ecosystem for factory operations at Dhamnod. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel expertise, and hands-on experience with BI tools to transform raw production data into actionable insights for leadership and factory teams.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on numbers, automation, dashboards, and building systems that drive operational control.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage end-to-end factory MIS reporting framework
- Develop and automate daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for production, capacity, efficiency, and delivery tracking
- Build advanced analytical models using Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, VBA preferred)
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards for real-time production visibility
- Ensure accurate data consolidation from multiple factory functions (production, raw material, quality, dispatch, etc.)
- Track production performance and provide analytical insights to improve efficiency and predictability
- Strengthen raw material tracking through structured reporting and variance analysis
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement areas through data interpretation
- Drive automation of manual reports and improve reporting turnaround time
