Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with strong B2B sales expertise and well-established connections with architects, interior designers, and industry stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, building strategic relationships, and expanding market presence across architecture, interior design, hardware, and oil industry segments.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive B2B sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients across architecture, interior design, hardware, and oil industry sectors

● Leverage existing network and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers

● Generate qualified leads, convert prospects into clients, and consistently achieve sales targets

● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue

● Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key projects in the market

● Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively

● Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships

● Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

Key Requirements

● 10–15 years of proven experience in B2B sales

● Strong network and established relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants

● Prior experience in architecture, interior design, hardware, or oil-related industries preferred

● Excellent lead generation, client acquisition, and business development skills

● Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

● Deep understanding of the architecture and interior design ecosystem

● Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused professional

● Ability to work independently and manage key accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
