About the Role

As AGM – Marketing, you will lead the overall marketing function at EBC, driving brand strategy, revenue growth, and integrated marketing initiatives across print and digital platforms.

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for marketing planning, brand positioning, digital transformation, campaign execution, and team management. The role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate organizational objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Print Marketing & Electronic Advertising
  • Relevant digital work experience of at least 3+ years in conceptualizing, ideating and writing content as well as copy for digital marketing campaigns, websites, emailers, newsletters and banners.
  • Preferably from Publishing, Media, or Pharma industry
  • Good understanding of marketing concepts, branding, advertising, marketing tools and processes.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Directing and coordinating ATL/BTL activities to promote product and service.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of passionate, motivated and focused individuals.
  • Developing marketing strategies for print and electronic products and overseeing their implementation, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR initiatives.
  • Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
  • Creating and Executing Advertising and Media Plans for better reach to valuable customers.
  • Work closely with design teams to create any collaterals for website, social media channels, newsletters & industry reports.
  • Studying competitors' products and services.
  • Exploring ways of improving existing products and services and increasing profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
