The Managerial Position is responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining efficient daily front office operations.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding hospitality services by proactively addressing guest needs, resolving concerns promptly and professionally, and upholding high service standards. The Manager is expected to create a warm, positive environment that reflects the organization’s commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Front Office Operations
  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and room allocation.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, registration cards, and guest billing.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status and guest requirements.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-presented.

  • Skills & Competencies
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong computer knowledge (PMS/Hotel software preferred).
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Professional grooming and etiquette.

  • Work Schedule

    Rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon & Night).

    Qualifications
  • Graduate/Hotel Management diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Front Office Operations.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages is a plus.
