Primary Job Responsibilities

Classroom

· Create a lecture plan including a standard timeline on the domain-specific subject.

· Conduct classes with special emphasis on conceptual clarity.

· Ability to manage multiple batches of classes every day.

· Conduct tests and their discussions.

· Developing, reviewing and updating course materials, including class PPTs, PDF, notes and daily assignments.

· Interactive Doubt Clearing Sessions at regular intervals.

YouTube

· Conducting programmes related to Banking courses on our YouTube channel.

· Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.

· Brainstorm materials and activities for such programmes.

Publications

· Work in close coordination with Content Head for Books.

· Review content from related publications of Drishti Banking .

· Initiate projects and contribute ideas towards new publications.
