Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Executive Engineer at Paandora Hotels & Resorts, located in Udaipur. The Assistant Executive Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of engineering operations, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems in the property. Additionally, the role involves managing projects, supervising technical staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Strong skills in mechanical and electrical systems with hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in project management, task scheduling, and supervising technical teams.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements in engineering operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications in engineering or facilities management are a plus.
