Job Description
- 4 years AI Engineer of practical experience in AI or data science fields
- Ability to communicate at a business level in both English and Japanese, and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. In case the resource is very valuable in programming we can relax the English requirement.
- Experience in data analysis using programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Deep understanding and practical experience in AI/GenAI-related technologies (AI related = machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision)
- Ability to understand clients' business requirements and propose/implement AI solutions accordingly
- Effective communication and presentation skills with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in major cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Additional Qualifications for Data Scientist:
- Experience in consulting or project management for AI projects
- Experience in creating roadmaps for AI adoption, ROI analysis, and risk assessment
- Knowledge of AI ethics and privacy, and ability to incorporate them into clients' AI projects
- Ability to manage multiple AI projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities
- Ability to maintain knowledge of AI-related technology trends and industry developments, and provide appropriate advice to clients
- Experience as a team leader or project manager
- Experience leveraging data insights into storytelling for stakeholders
