As Our ART Director You will be responsible for creating strong visual concepts that bring brand stories to life. You will work closely with copy, strategy, and design teams to deliver integrated creative solutions. The role includes contributing to campaign ideas and new business pitches. Attention to craft, teamwork, and timely execution are key to success.

- Develop strong visual concepts and designs aligned with brand strategy and creative briefs.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and designers to deliver integrated campaign ideas.
- Execute and oversee creative output across digital, social, print, and film platforms.
- Ensure visual consistency, quality, and craft across all client deliverables.
- Contribute to recent business pitches through ideation, mood boards, and presentation decks.
- Work effectively as a team player, supporting senior creatives and guiding junior designers.
- Present creative work confidently to internal teams and clients when required.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and creative expectations.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and cultural insights to keep work fresh and relevant.
- Take ownership of visual storytelling while aligning with the agency’s creative vision.
