Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Art Director , located in Bengaluru. The Art Director will lead and collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts and design strategies that align with clients’ brand identities. This involves overseeing branding projects, providing creative direction, managing graphic design tasks, and ensuring high-quality aesthetic standards in all projects. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, meeting project deadlines, and contributing to the overall creative vision of the studio.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction to conceptualize and guide visual projects effectively.
• Strong skills in Branding and Graphics to develop cohesive brand identities and versatile graphic elements.
• Expertise in Graphic Design , including proficiency in design tools and creating high-quality visual content.
• Effective leadership and collaboration skills to manage creative teams and oversee project execution.
• Strong attention to detail, time management , and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field .
• Experience in a creative leadership role and a strong professional portfolio are highly desirable.
