The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Art Director to lead the creative department of a legacy advertising firm. This role is for a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between high-level conceptual thinking and flawless execution across multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction: Lead the visual style and conceptual development for major brand campaigns.


• Multi-Channel Design: Oversee a diverse portfolio including Print, Branding, Outdoor, and Digital media.


• Client Engagement: Present creative concepts directly to clients and translate their vision into actionable design strategies.


• Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end process from initial sketch to final print production and event branding.


• Team Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level designers to maintain high-quality creative standards.

Requirements


• Experience: 10-15 years in Advertising or Design agencies.


• Software Mastery: Expertise in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator.


• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing branding and large-scale outdoor/event projects.


• Mindset: Strong leadership skills and an acute understanding of print-ready production.
