As a Graphic Designer at ISKCON Bangalore, Rajajinagar, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs for various events and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking photography during events and festivals as needed
- Performing photo editing, colour correction, and image optimization for both print and digital platforms

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and visual storytelling
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory
- Basic knowledge of photography fundamentals such as composition, lighting, and framing
- Ability to edit and enhance photographs using industry-standard tools
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong time management skills to handle tight deadlines effectively

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

- A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Previous experience in cultural, non-profit, or religious organizations
- Knowledge of Kannada/Hindi design adaptation is considered a plus
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is advantageous
