Hiring: Archival Inventory Manager

Location: Mumbai (ON SITE, FULL TIME), South Bombay

Type: TWO MONTH PROJECT

We are looking for a detail-oriented Archival Inventory Manager to assist with an ongoing art archival project.

Role

• Catalogue and maintain artwork inventory
• Record artwork details, title of artwork, size, location, and documentation
• Organise digital and physical archival material
• Assist with artwork labelling and tracking
• Support digitisation and inventory accuracy
• The position will be for 2 months, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Experience in inventory, archives, or gallery/museum work preferred
• Comfortable with Excel / Microsoft office/ (Adobe acrobat, preferred but not required)
• Based in Mumbai
• Must be able to help carry, move, packing and rearranging of the artwork

Compensation- 30K/ Month
