Job Title: Art & Design Facilitator

Job Overview:
FMCIA is seeking a passionate and creative Art & Design Facilitator who can inspire students to explore their imagination and develop artistic expression. The facilitator should encourage creativity, critical thinking, and appreciation for art while nurturing students’ individual talents through diverse art forms and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct engaging Art & Design sessions for students across different grade levels.
  • Introduce students to various art techniques and creative mediums such as sketching, painting, clay modelling, and craft work.
  • Encourage creative thinking, visual expression, and design exploration among students.
  • Support students in developing fine motor skills, artistic confidence, and originality.
  • Organize art exhibitions, displays, and creative projects within the school.
  • Prepare students for inter-school art competitions and cultural events.
  • Maintain a stimulating and well-organized art studio environment.
  • Guide students in portfolio development and project-based learning.

  • Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree / Diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or Art & Design.
  • Exceptional skills in sketching, modern art painting, clay modelling, and creative craft techniques.
  • Certification or training from Chitrakala Parishath will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with different artistic mediums and innovative art styles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to encourage creativity among students.

    Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
