Hiring for Senior Business Development Manager / Individual Role / B2B Sales / Field Sales / New customer acquisition

Location :- State Capital

Working Days :- 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday )

Industry – Education services/ product

Experience - Must have experience in B2B institutional/corporate Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, Lead generation, Cold Calling, Revenue Generation

Brief of JD-

· We are looking for a competent Business Development Manager to develop new sales strategies and attract new clients.

· The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

· The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Role & responsibilities

· End to end sales (Lead generation, Cold Calling, Scheduling Appointments, Demonstrating the products and closing of the deal)

· Should be comfortable going on field and traveling at the assigned area allocate.

Preferred candidate profile

· 2+ Years of Sales Experience.

· Strong experience with institutional/university clients and their servicing

· Ideally have a Driving License and Vehicle of own

Purpose

Meeting with Deans, PhD faculty and generating leads within the specified territory
Achieving monthly sales targets, Monitoring Sales correction form, responsible for collection & outstanding payments
Having market awareness, provide support to the existing branches like marketing support and brand building activities etc

Roles and Responsibilities

8-10 Faculty/Dean/Administration Visits
6-9 Client Visits daily at least
New Infra Development
Achieving Monthly Revenue Targets

8-10 BTL Camps in a month

Required Candidate Profile
  • Qualification: Any Graduate, BSc
  • Experience: 0 – 2 Years
  • Two-Wheeler is Mandatory
  • Willing to work in weekly roster schedules
