CLIENT: Large producer of processed food and additives like seasonings,sauces,culinary pastes,dressings,garlic dip,pickled cucumbers, silver skin onions etc.

Key Result Areas:
  • Drive the processed food business through GT/HORECA,MT and Food Service (FS) like McDonald,KFC,Subway etc.

  • Sales
  • Responsible for achieving of primary/secondary sales targets in tMumbai.
  • Responsible for planning & managing placement of the brand at outlet level.
  • Responsible for collections for all primary sales and secondary sales made in the region.
  • Managing current distributors/appointing new distributors as required.
  • Extending the outlet footprint.
  • Development of New FS clients.
  • Constant interaction with FS customers new product development team for understanding their new requirements & executing it with interaction with inhouse team for business growth.
  • Responsible for managing offtake from the outlets through targeted marketing acting activities like visibility, sampling activities, merchandising.
  • Managing Modern trade chains in the given geography. Responsible for backend operations like listing, SKU price corrections, getting out purchase orders, responsible for timely deliveries, ensuring 100% fill rate and collections.
  • Monitoring of competitor activity in the region – New products, price revisions, promotions.
  • Ensuring high level of servicing for FS customers.
  • Manage Sales Officers in the region. Appointing distributor staff & merchandisers as required to manage the business.

  • Incumbent profile:
  • Proven Territory/Area sales exposure in Food,Beverages,Food Service ( seasonings,sauces,culinary pastes,dressings,garlic dip,pickled cucumbers, silver skin onions) industries.
  • Leading team of sales officers.
  • Identifying, recommending and appointing business partners / distributors.
  • Appointing sales staff / merchandisers as per market requirements .
  • Able to take decision on level of inventory to be carried at distributor’s level,credit terms etc.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 10LPA
