As an experienced sales professional and people manager, you will be a part of the QR & Sound Box vertical at Paytm. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

- Drive distribution and increase market share in the assigned area of operations.
- Ensure visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and product sales.
- Recruit and manage the sales team to align with business objectives.
- Strategically plan market size, span, and geographies for ASMs.
- Implement effective communication methods to convey plans/targets to the team.
- Monitor quality parameters as per management guidelines.
- Conduct audits on team acquisitions and sales activities.

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

- Positive networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.
- Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and quick adaptation to new ideas.
- Self-starter attitude with ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, and B2C markets.
- Passion for working in fast-growing firms with a large team.
- Ability to articulate complex solutions to customers of varying expertise.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in quota-driven sales.
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus, though not mandatory.
