Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue across multiple Distribution and Retail channels in the assigned states of India.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships to enable incremental growth with a strong focus on margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Trade Distributors to ensure robust retail presence of all Harman Lifestyle SKUs.
- Strategically source and distribute SKUs across relevant channels.
- Maximize Harmans revenue, growth, and brand visibility across the region.
- Contribute to the development and periodic review of Harmans product portfolio for respective channels.
- Lead and execute projects aimed at addressing and resolving practical channel challenges.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape and effectively position Harman products against competitors.
- Take end-to-end ownership of service and replacement processes across channels, working closely with support teams to minimize issues.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure adequate marketing support across all retail channels.
- Drive consistent growth in market penetration and brand visibility across the assigned region.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports on distributor purchases and sales for internal analysis.
- Act as a people leader for the assigned territory and develop the team of RSO/DSO/ISP.

Qualifications Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and/or business development roles across multiple markets.
- Strong administrative capabilities with effective customer liaison skills.
- Strategically and operationally strong, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear strategies and execute them effectively.
- Strong consumer products orientation, with a deep understanding of consumer needs to drive winning retail sales strategies.
- Proven planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage with a wide range of industry and consumer stakeholders.
- Sound analytical skills to assess problems using data and articulate actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to address sales and market challenges.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial and commercial fundamentals.
- Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
