As a Sales Representative at 3M, you will be part of a company known for its commitment to innovation and providing the freedom to explore and be creative. Your role will involve achieving sales targets and driving store level shares in order to grow faster than the category. Key responsibilities include:

- Achieving Point of Sale (POS) targets as per set objectives
- Growing above Macro level and driving store level shares
- Achieving MT/product level market share objectives
- Identifying opportunities by analyzing data from stores, chains, and areas such as SKU, product, share of shelf, planogram, sales calls, and merchandising
- Planning and executing store growth plans, target focus SKUs, and monthly execution elements
- Preparing and rolling out monthly PJP (Planned Journey Plan) to ensure effective execution
- Conducting daily POS verification and action planning by tracked stores
- Monitoring and reviewing market intelligence, shopper behavior, and performance metrics

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to provide training to frontline staff and supervisors on issue handling, capability building, and store execution priorities. You will also be involved in reviewing manpower efficiency, store execution quality, and quantity to drive improvement suggestions.
