Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for an individual contributor serving as an Area Sales Manager. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities within a designated region. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, tracking performance against established KPIs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. As the primary representative of Mankind Pharma in your area, you will work to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong ability to execute sales strategies and meet targets.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis, competitor tracking, and performance evaluation.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities to drive initiatives, motivate teams, and attain operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage, including familiarity with products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office suite, and other sales management software for reporting and data analysis.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
