Business Head – Bhopal

Location: Bhopal Role

Purpose The business head will be responsible for driving overall business growth of the Bhopal showroom across all verticals (Natural Stones, Windows and wood, and entrance gate automation). The role involves sales leadership, team accountability, architect relationship development, and operational discipline to ensure the showroom achieves its monthly and annual revenue targets. The business head will act as the single point of responsibility for Exteriosys business and will report to the partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Market Development

● Achieve monthly showroom sales targets across all verticals.

● Drive architect, builder, and contractor engagement to generate consistent project leads. ● Expand exteriosys's market presence in Bhopal and nearby regions.

● Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments.

● Ensure healthy sales pipeline across verticals.

2. Team Leadership & Accountability

● Manage and lead the sales team across all verticals.

● Set clear monthly and weekly targets for each salesperson.

● Conduct daily review meetings and track progress.

● Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and accountability.

● Identify training needs and improve team capability.

3. Architect & Key Account Development

● Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

● Regularly visit and engage with top influencers in the market.

● Position Exteriosys as a premium and reliable partner.

● Ensure high-value project opportunities are pursued effectively.

4. Sales Process Management

● Ensure proper lead tracking and CRM updates.

● Monitor quotation conversion and follow-ups.

● Improve conversion ratios from enquiry to order.

● Support the team in closing large projects.

5. Showroom Operations

● Ensure the showroom is professionally maintained and presentable.

● Monitor inventory coordination and sample display management.

● Maintain smooth coordination between sales, operations, and dispatch.

6. Reporting & Business Reviews

● Share daily sales updates and pipeline status.

● Prepare weekly performance reviews for management.

● Provide monthly business analysis including:

○ Revenue performance ○ Conversion ratios ○ Pipeline health ○ Market feedback

Candidate Profile Experience

● Minimum 7–10 years experience preferably in building materials, interior products, or construction-related sales

● Experience managing B2B sales teams Preferred Background

Compensation Structure

Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹85,000 per month

Plus:

● Individual performance incentive

● Group showroom performance incentive
