We are developing a modular cottage system designed for rapid deployment using prefabricated structural systems. The cottages are manufactured in a factory environment and assembled on-site with engineering precision.

We are looking for a proactive Architectural & Interior Designer who can quickly convert concepts into professional architectural drawings and visualizations while using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate the design process.

Role Overview

The role requires someone who can efficiently prepare architectural drawings, develop interior layouts, and generate fast visualizations for project planning and client presentations.

The designer will work closely with engineering and execution teams to support cottage layouts, site planning, and interior concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, and construction details


• Create quick interior and exterior visualizations for modular cottages


• Use modern tools and AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate rendering and concept generation


• Assist with site planning and layout development using Google Earth Pro and digital mapping tools


• Prepare presentation drawings and concept layouts for client discussions


• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure designs are practical and executable


• Optimize cottage layouts, interior spaces, and exterior aesthetics


• Support development of standardized modular design templates

Tools & Skills Preferred

Experience with some or all of the following tools:


• AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit


• Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion or similar rendering tools


• Photoshop or Illustrator for presentation graphics


• Google Earth Pro for site planning and positioning


• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and rendering workflows

Candidate Profile


• Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design


• 1–5 years of relevant experience (fresh but highly skilled candidates may apply)


• Strong ability to produce clear drawings and quick visualizations


• Practical mindset with focus on speed and execution


• Interest in modular architecture and prefabricated construction systems
