We're looking for a Senior Expert in AI/GenAI Engineering to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of high-complexity RAG and Agentic AI solutions within a modern enterprise microservices ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, technically deep role — bridging cutting-edge AI research with scalable enterprise applications, and influencing both engineering culture and product roadmap.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead design of AI agents and orchestration layers (LangChain, LlamaIndex)

Architect and optimize RAG pipelines — embeddings, vector search, retrieval workflows

Drive integration of AI components into enterprise systems via RESTful APIs & microservices

Serve as the technical escalation point for complex AI/integration challenges

Advise senior leadership on AI product feasibility and technology strategy

Champion engineering standards, observability, and OWASP-compliant security practices

Lead cross-functional teams through full AI development lifecycle

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

15+ years in software engineering, with deep expertise in distributed architectures

Strong Python (FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow) or Java (Spring Boot) skills

Hands-on with LLM orchestration, vector databases, and AI/ML service integration

Solid grasp of MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Security fluency — OAuth2, JWT, enterprise AI application protocols

Master's in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience

BONUS POINTS FOR

Experience with multi-agent systems in production

Hands-on with GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI

Open-source AI/ML contributions

Background with event-driven systems or legacy enterprise AI integrations
